Last Wednesday, May 21st, the grand final of the Josep Lladonosa Awards was held at the Royal Palace of Pedralbes — an iconic venue that welcomed the best young talents in gastronomy.
Once again, CSTY proudly supported this incredible initiative that aims to highlight young talent in both kitchen and service. This competition, held in honor of chef, teacher, and historian Josep Lladonosa, seeks to promote culinary education, healthy eating, and a culture of sustainability and waste reduction.
The event’s catering was provided by Deliranto, one of our clients, who delivered a gastronomic experience worthy of the occasion.
The finalists showcased their passion, creativity, and skills in a day full of emotion and talent. It was a pleasure to be part of an event that fosters the future of gastronomy and excellence in the industry.
