La Deriva by Carlos Caballero dresses in black with CSTY Uniforms

La Deriva Restaurant, located in Málaga, embraces a cuisine that blends different eras, creating new flavors while consistently aiming to offer creative and quality dishes at an affordable price. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Carlos Caballero, with an extensive professional background, having worked in the R&D department of José Carlos García (a Michelin-starred chef), leading La Rebaná for 15 years, and recently competing on Top Chef. For this new project, they chose CSTY hospitality uniforms. Chef Carlos Caballero wears a special chef jacket from the gastronomic forum collection. The jacket combines high-quality cotton with Colmax, enhancing elasticity and comfort, providing the chef with the flexibility and freedom of movement needed in the kitchen. The informal and relaxed touch comes from the zipper, which replaces traditional buttons. The rest of the team wears the well-known Gran Chef jacket, popularized by Jordi Cruz, completing the design with custom long aprons.
