A few days ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming @monodecomida, to our workshop — one of the most popular and beloved gastronomy accounts, followed by thousands of food lovers.
On this occasion, its creator, Roger, came to film a very special video: a unique look inside the CSTY universe, where gastronomy meets design, tailoring, and textile craftsmanship.
During the visit, Joan Ramon, founder and manager of CSTY, explained the entire process we follow — from the moment a chef, restaurant, or company contacts us, to the moment their custom uniform is ready just a few days later.
It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the work behind each garment: listening to the client, creating bespoke designs, selecting the finest fabrics, and paying attention to every detail that makes our uniforms the choice of top culinary professionals.
